Real-time traffic management will also be the topic of two dedicated PTV presentations in the summit program from 

08.00 – 09:30 on Wednesday, 21 Sept. Technical session TS34 - How Technology Impacts Transportation I - will feature Chiara Cianella, manager professional services – real-time mobility, who will speak about the Quantification of the Impact of Big Events on Traffic with PTV Optima. She will be followed by Lorenzo Meschini, VP product management real-time mobility, who will present a methodology to properly handle actuated signal plans within macroscopic dynamic traffic simulation. 

Additionally, visitors to the PTV stand can also expect exciting in-stand sessions every day on real-time traffic management, solutions for improved air quality together with Bosch, and the #transmove project in which PTV is developing an innovative, AI-based traffic forecasting tool for the city of Hamburg, Germany.
